Set or queries the test frequency.

Parameter

<variable> Frequency (kHz)

0.01200~100.000 (7 characters, including a

decimal)

12 Hz~100kHz

Example MAIN:FREQ 0.01200<^END^M>

Sets the frequency to 12Hz (0.012 kHz)

Returns the test frequency

in kHz.
